So glad that disability access room with a balcony, fan, for example I booked was available. I had an electric kettle, a fridge, and glassware.

The hotel was luxurious with amicable personnel especially the receptionist. The room was fashionable and good-sized, and with a magnificent view on to the beach. Appreciated every minute of being there, can't recommend highly enough.  

Had really amazing stay at a wedding in the waterside and the weather was particularly warm. The setting was stunning, adjacent to the restaurant. Café Cherry Orchard located 1 km away was a nice surprise.  

Really good facilities in general, stunning and good location near the beach. A great selection of brilliant food at breakfast time.

The place was absolutely gorgeous and comfy, it worked for me. Stayed in new-fashioned double room with a view. There were an electric kettle, a fridge, and glassware upon arrival.

Beautiful location is perfect situated near a beautiful beach. Breakfast with a great view, toast and cereal.

The property is homely, it has excellent staff especially the receptionist. The hotel's location is stunning and particularly good, near to both bus stop and train station as well as the town centre. Also, it's 2 km from Portencross.  

By and large, it was characterful base for sightseeing in Seamill, had much fun and met pleasant and exceptional staff especially the receptionist. I ate at a good restaurant with great food and the location. The food was outstanding and the 

The units are new-fashioned, stylish with a balcony looking over to arran. The location is absolutely perfect and magnificent in a very nice area, short walk to the restaurant which also had a sea view, a beautiful beach and public areas especially 

The location was beautiful and amazing, by the sea, convenient to go everywhere. And we were right by public areas especially glass on front door and on stairs, the waterside and the restaurant or the bar.  

The location was fantastic, right by the ferry terminal, both bus stop and train station in West Kilbride and the main upstairs restaurant. We had a delicious breakfast with a great view over to Arran, orange juice 

Fairly clean and luxurious place, has magnificent views of the beach. It offers beautiful location and has extremely friendly staff especially the receptionist.

Loved our time here. Modern and tastefully decorated room, it had an electric kettle, a refrigerator, and central heating. Stunning and amazing location - a short walk to everywhere we needed.

Thoroughly enjoyed this hotel, had 3 relaxing days here. The room was spacious and airy with excellent shower and it had wake-up service, that's cool. The location was brilliant and stunning, near to the restaurant or the bar,
